You must be a current member of the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association in order to access the pages of this website that are restricted to members.

Your username is your APTA Member ID, which can be found on your APTA membership card. If you are unable to locate your APTA Member ID, you may obtain it by logging into the APTA Website, www.apta.org and clicking on Profile. If you have further difficulty locating your APTA Member ID, please contact the Executive Director for assistance. Your password is your last name exactly as it appears in your APTA Member Record (first letter capitalized).
